Reporting & Scheduled Delivery
CSV exports, recurring report schedules, and tenant-branded presentation decks that match the dashboards.
Scope
Reporting sends the scores, refresh roadmap, and compliance results shown on the dashboards to the people who need them, on a schedule. This guide covers exports, schedules, and branded decks.
Exports
The score table and the refresh roadmap export to CSV on demand. Both exports use the same calculation as the screens, so the numbers match the dashboard. Synapse neutralizes exported cells against spreadsheet formula injection, because device and site names come from vendors and are untrusted input.
Report schedules
Set up a recurring report once:

Synapse sends to each recipient separately, so one failing mailbox does not block the others. A schedule advances only after at least one recipient receives the report. This prevents both lost and duplicate reports. A test send delivers immediately and does not advance the schedule.
Branded decks
A deck-format schedule produces an executive deck with:
- an executive summary
- the site score rollup, with the best and worst sites
- a month-over-month fleet score chart from the monthly snapshots
- the top of the refresh roadmap
- a compliance summary for each policy
An administrator sets the tenant branding: a logo and a primary color. Without branding, the deck uses a neutral default.
