Reporting & Scheduled Delivery
CSV exports, recurring report schedules, tenant-branded presentation decks, and delivery that matches the dashboards exactly.
Scope
Reporting closes the loop: the scores, roadmap, and compliance posture the dashboards show, delivered to the people who need them without anyone fetching anything. This guide covers exports, schedules, and branded decks.
Exports that cannot drift
The score table and the refresh roadmap export to CSV on demand. Both exports reuse the identical computation the on-screen views use, so an exported number can never disagree with the dashboard it came from. Exported cells are neutralized against spreadsheet formula injection, because vendor-sourced device and site names are untrusted input.
Report schedules
A recurring report is defined once:

Delivery is per-recipient in isolation: one failing mailbox never blocks the rest. A schedule only advances once at least one recipient was actually delivered, so a report is never silently swallowed and never duplicated. A test-send renders and delivers immediately without advancing the cadence.
The branded deck
A deck-format schedule renders a tenant-branded executive deck: an executive summary, the site score rollup with best and worst sites, a month-over-month fleet score chart from the captured snapshots, the top of the refresh roadmap, and the per-policy compliance summary. Tenant branding is a logo and a primary color set by an administrator; a tenant that never set a brand still gets a clean deck on a neutral default.
