Health Scoring & Refresh Planning
Four scoring dimensions, configurable weights, rollups and trends, and the risk-ranked refresh roadmap for lifecycle planning.
Scope
The reports area sits on a deterministic scoring engine. This guide covers what gets scored, how the composite works, how to read trends, and how the refresh roadmap turns lifecycle risk into a plan.
Four dimensions, one composite
Every site, and every organization and country rollup, is scored on four independent dimensions from 0 to 100:

The four fold into one composite using the account’s configurable weights. The defaults weight health and compliance at 30 percent each, vulnerability at 25 percent, and lifecycle at 15 percent. An operator with manage rights can change them; a single dimension may be zeroed deliberately, but all four can never be zero at once.
A dimension with no data at all shows as no data, never as a zero. A missing measurement is not a failing one, and the score never pretends otherwise.
Reading the dashboard
Rollup cards toggle between by-organization and by-country views. The site table lists every site’s composite and per-dimension scores, and clicking a row opens the raw evidence behind each dimension: the exact counts each score was computed from, not just the number. Scores are color-banded consistently: 90 and above is green, 70 and above is amber, below 70 is red, and no data renders neutral.
Trends
Monthly snapshots capture scores automatically. The trends page charts composite history for a chosen site, organization, or country over a 3, 6, or 12 month lookback. A month with no snapshot renders as a gap in the line, never interpolated across and never dropped to zero.
The refresh roadmap
The roadmap is a risk-ranked device list for hardware refresh planning: past end of life first, then approaching within a year, then current, then unknown, with the nearest end-of-support dates first within each tier. It uses the same tiering as the lifecycle scoring dimension, so the roadmap and a site’s lifecycle subscore can never disagree. Site and organization filters narrow it, and both the roadmap and the score table export to CSV using the identical computation the screens use.
