Synapse is the Cadres network operations product. It gives teams one normalized view of a multi-vendor network estate, checks that estate against standards the tenant defines, scores its health honestly, and puts every change that touches a device behind explicit approval.

The public manual starts with the operating model and then goes deeper into detailed operator guides. Internal engineering reference, raw API detail, and platform setup procedures remain private.

SYN-06 Sites & Network Mapping Tenant-defined sites with labels, and the review workflow that confirms which vendor network belongs to which site. SYN-07 Wi-Fi Standardization Policies Tenant-defined required SSID sets, legacy detection, label-based exemptions, and per-site pass, fail, or not-applicable results. SYN-08 Vulnerability Management Known-exploited and published vulnerability matching against the fleet, severity-based policy rules, and the exposure view. SYN-09 Health Scoring & Refresh Planning Four scoring dimensions, configurable weights, rollups and trends, and the risk-ranked refresh roadmap for lifecycle planning. SYN-13 Reporting & Scheduled Delivery CSV exports, recurring report schedules, tenant-branded presentation decks, and delivery that matches the dashboards exactly.
